Refund policy

Returns Policy (Subject to Our Terms and Conditions)

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Restocking Fee and Shipping Costs:

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which may be adjusted at our discretion.
  • Electrical Parts will not cover return shipping costs for any items.
  • For orders where shipping costs were waived, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Clothing (e.g. Hoodies, jackets, vests, hats)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Blowout items
  • Hot deals, limited quantity items, and special orders
  • Custom wire cuts

Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by Electrical Parts prior to shipping. Unauthorized returns may be disposed of without a refund. Please email your return request to contact@electricalparts.com. Be sure to include your name and order number, items and quantities you would like to return, and the reason you would like to return them.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following situations:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after purchase, with prior written approval.

Return Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that returned items arrive at our warehouse. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Processing your return and issuing a credit may take up to 60 days.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe. Refunds will reflect deductions for:

  • Outbound shipping costs if shipping was free
  • Original shipping costs
  • Applicable sales tax on shipping
  • Restocking fee as indicated in your return documentation

Non-Stock Returns: Returns for non-stock items are generally not permitted unless a return material authorization or appropriate credit has been issued by the vendor. Applicable sales tax will be refunded where permitted by law.

If the returned product is not in resalable condition, you will be notified and must decide whether to pay for its return or request disposal without a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted. If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@electricalparts.com.

Sale Items/Blow Out: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at contact@electricalparts.com. We will determine if the defective product needs to be returned and will issue a call tag if necessary.
